2. To be honest, it went beautifully. I really liked your speech and the way you conducted yourself. You explained everything in clear language, so it was very clear. I would also like to say that I am pleased that there are adults like you in Kazakhstan. You have understood all the things that are difficult for regular adults to comprehend. Because they cannot understand some aspects that you have told us about. Thank you so much for sharing this valuable information with us. We can say you have made a great contribution to the future of Kazakhstan. Now this generation will be better off.

Because of people like you, our world is becoming better

3. My impressions after the workshop:

I thank you for not giving up and taking the time to help some people realize their problems, for helping us to take the first step towards our success, for putting us on the right path, for helping us to develop skills that may or may not be useful to us in the future for success. During these two days of the Seminar I noted to myself several important things/steps/stages towards a bright and successful future. In these seminars you taught us to think in a threefold way and thereby changed our view of the world for the better.
Thank you for your great work, for helping teenagers, for guiding them towards a bright future!
Success to you in everything!

5. Overall it was very clear and very informative.

I realised that the main way to succeed is to change yourself. You have to believe in yourself and change.

It was very interesting to listen to you. From now on I will always remember all the knowledge I gained today.

Also your method of explanation, the way you give visual examples and images is very interesting for the pupils.

I am grateful that I had the opportunity to meet someone like you. I wish you continued success and prosperity in your work. I will try to hone all the skills and prove first and foremost to myself that your work was not in vain. I wish you that every day brings you only success and happiness. Thank you very much!!!

6. I really enjoyed this workshop. I didn’t expect it so much, it’s just impossible to put into words. It was very useful to learn more, especially I liked the fact that we were given videos, examples which helped us to understand a certain trait. To be honest at the beginning I thought it would be boring, but after just 5-10 minutes I realised it was all so educational and that it would be of great benefit in the future.

With each word, I became more and more interested. I realised many things, for example not everyone who is successful is happy, but there are people who were able to be happy and they also had success. I am madly grateful to Ibrahim for giving me the opportunity to learn more and for the fact that he explained everything clearly, understandably and was able to provide us with beautiful words! THANK YOU!

7. I was very surprised today because I had done so many things wrong. More specifically, I had acted reactively without thinking the situation through. And I was also surprised in that everything was told by my weaknesses. I would like to say that I am very grateful that you helped to show me the right way, to correct my mistakes.

In the future, I will try to follow these steps and reach to perfection or even further and improve my current skills. I was inspired by stage 5, because I didn’t even know about it, that we should first understand the other person and only then be understood and then you can act on the win-win strategy.

8. I enjoyed it. It was very interesting. You cited the most common topical situations and solutions. I will definitely use these 8 skills. And I was also offered interesting books, films that are based on real events. I understood everything. I wrote down the key points / key words. Now I will go to such seminars / training. I think it won’t all go to waste and will come in handy in my future. I liked the visual examples and examples of famous people.

9. Thank you Ibrahim!

You explain everything clearly and it is obvious that you are a knowledgeable person in the field of self-development. Despite the fact that I am also a knowledgeable person in this field I was able to learn a lot. I thought I knew what success was and the secrets of achieving it. But it turned out I didn’t. You motivated me, gave me directions. I am very grateful to you for your hard work! – Sanjar Kozhakhmetov 7 “C”, IB

10. This meeting was very useful. Personally, I learned a lot thanks to this meeting. For example, what common skills successful people had. It was also very interesting to listen and learn something new with the help of video material. How to act in order to become successful (Win-Win principle). There were some disagreements that were interesting to listen to. Everyone gave their point of view. And there was a connection to modern life. It was very interesting,

11. In two days I learnt all 7 success skills and I think they will help me to develop the quality of leadership, because most of them include teamwork and interaction with others, for example: skill 5 and skill 6. Also, I think with these 7 skills you can be successful because they give development and positive results, which is already a success. These skills I think develop other good qualities of human character. THANK YOU

12. I would like to say that from these 7 lessons I have learnt some very important interesting and good information. These skills that we learned have influenced my attitude towards many important parts of my life. And I am sure they will help me in the future. I now know how to act in certain situations, find my way out of difficult situations, and take advantage of everything

I would also like to wish the “Sanaly Omir” project the best of luck and all the best in its work. A special thank you to the organiser of this business training. It was a good time and it was very entertaining to listen to.

13. For me, this training was useful. I especially noticed for myself the matrix of successful people. It seems to be nothing complicated, intricate. But as the saying goes, “everything brilliant is simple”. I will definitely use it in the future (in the near future!).

I liked and understood it when you explained these 7 qualities using the example of a tree. That way you can understand which qualities are fundamental and which are consequential. The 2nd and 3rd qualities really appeal to me. I think the same is true. It was good, especially on the second day. But the first one was kind of stretched. You know when there’s a show that lasts 12-16 episodes. But it could have been a lot more content and shown in less episodes. I really liked your excerpts and scenes. Good luck to you!

14. It was interesting to go through each skill with the help of an example. I will try to capture in my mind all the skills we have learnt.

I also want to emphasise the connection between all the qualities, it was easier to get the point across
Thank you! Come again.
