«Smart Thursday»

As part of the project “Smart Thursday” in Nazarbayev Intellectual School in   Nur-Sultan  an online meeting of a psychologist, mentor, business coach and art therapist Elena Kochetova was held.

Students learned how to manage their emotions, methods of coping with stress and various methods aimed at discovering inner talents.

Responding to the students’ questions, Elena Kochetova emphasized the importance of efficient use of time at school.
