Astana Maths Olympiad from Mathlets x Maths Battles was held within the walls of Nazarbayev Intellectual School in Astana. 

In total, more than 550 teams from 36 schools have registered. Kazakhstan. The participants were from different cities of our country, such as Astana, Almaty, Taraz, Turkestan, Ust-Kamenogorsk, Karaganda, Semey and Shchuchinsk.

A total of 30 teams were admitted, 14 of them of the junior category and 16 of the senior category. 

The Olympiad consisted of two stages: the written part and mathematical battles.

The winners were awarded valuable prizes from sponsors (Quickstarter, Voke co, Qos education, American Corner Astana).

3rd place-Polar Bears team, RFMSH Astana

Senior League Prizes:

1st place – Makerspace team, RFMSH Almaty

2nd place-The number of Pi, BEAT Kagandy, BEAT Taraz, BEAT Oskemen

3rd place-Teletubbies, NICHE FMN Astana

The organizers of the event are 11th grade students of NIS IB Shaipranova Kamila, Turarbek Inzhu, Baizhanova Diana and Bakhitden Aya, with the support of mathematics teachers.
