Teachers from the capital’s NIS were honored with the title “Honorary Pedagogues of an Independent Country”

Gulmira Abisheva and Zivagul Kabyldina, teachers at the Nazarbayev Intellectual School in Nur-Sultan, became winners of the national contest “Honorary Pedagogue of an Independent Country,” which was held to support teachers in the field of education.

Gulmira Abisheva, a teacher of chemistry and the head of the experimental sciences department at the Nazarbayev Intellectual School in Nur-Sultan, has been imparting knowledge to her students for 32 years.

– First of all, when I found out that I became the best in this contest, I was very happy and thought that my work was appreciated. I am pleased with the great participation of young teachers in this contest and their desire to become better teachers. I believe that a teacher should have a love for their profession, have a diligence, modesty, communication skills and adaptability,” – says Gulmira Yerbolatovna.

And Zivagul Kabyldina, a supervizor, who believes that the soul of the school is the teacher, says that school development depends on the teacher:

– The teacher is a kind of “reflection” of the school. That is, if the teacher is educated, qualified, hardworking, it means that the students from the school get a quality education. First of all, the school needs a teacher who is well versed in pedagogy and methodology, intelligent, interested in teaching and educating children. This is because the teacher is the main person in the development of school work and student achievement.
In this regard, I am glad that I took part in the competition, raised the prestige of the school a little bit, and thanks to our students my work was recognized.

Under the terms of the contest Gulmira Abisheva and Zivagul Kabyldina sent their work in education, their portfolios, one of the open lessons, received high praise. The winners were awarded with the breastplate “30 years of Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan” for the contribution to the development of education and science and the title “Honorary educator of independent country”. The participants were given the national book “Honorary pedagogue of independent country”, the certificate and diplomas of the I degree.

This competition, organized by the National Innovation Research Center “Bilim-orkenieti” RK, is intended to popularize among teachers the areas related to education in the Message of the President Kassym-Jomart Kemelevich Tokayev to the people of Kazakhstan “Constructive public dialogue – the basis of stability and prosperity of Kazakhstan.
