‘Keipker”: Eldar Urkumbayev

The first guest in our new “Keipker” section is Eldar Urkumbayev, the 2021 Student of the Year.

What was the most memorable day at school for you?

– It’s really hard for me to pick one day or another that I remembered the most. Because I loved being at school. And if I were to pick just one day, it was September 1, 2015. When I first crossed the threshold of school as a 7th grader. That day is a day never to be forgotten.

What three skills did you learn in school?

– I learned a lot in school, but the main three are managing my time, being able to work on projects, and improving my English.

 Wishes for school, teachers, graduates?

– As Kasym Amanzholov said, “School is a ship, knowledge is the sea,” and the 2021 graduates are the passengers who go ashore from that ship. For six years we have traveled to different islands in the sea of knowledge on a sturdy ship. In order to make our voyage a success, our teachers have done everything possible and given us the right course. In addition to our teachers, supervisors who gave advice and support, we must not forget that we have the school administration, canteen staff, security and medical, technical staff who contributed to a comfortable sea voyage.
I wish all the graduates nothing but good luck and a safe journey. I am very grateful to my school for the knowledge, skills and upbringing. Wherever I go, I will always remember the school motto. My story began here”.
